Welcome
These studies guides are designed for you to print and study at your
leisure. Learning about the special truths of God's word as they apply
specifically to the widow will be an encouragement to your heart.
Please feel free to share them with others and maybe they will be a tool
for you to use in small groups as well.
The
first set of verses listed in this section are some of the verses that God has given me
to encourage my heart. I have the verses and their reference written
on index cards that are held by a metal ring. I keep them at my
bedside so that I can find them easily. I add verses to this
collection when I am reading God's Word and a verse especially speaks to
me. These verses are the "cream of the crop" and when I am
feeling weak with fear, sorrow, or distrust of God, I review them. I
hope you will begin to do the same in your study of God's Word as you seek
to know the precious promises of God.
The second study in this section concerns our season as singles.
This is a place of privilege and we should embrace it for all that God
intends. This section may be an encouragement to the divorced and
never married single as well.

Let God call you to Him.
5.
Remember that God is always in control Proverbs 16:33!
